you were an awesome maths teacher

and an even better head teacher

even though i only had you for a year

that was enough to make an impression that lasted forever

you were the teacher who wrote crazy fast on the board in tiny strokes and did maths equations in seconds

everyone loved you

we were honoured to be able to be there today to farewell you along with your family and friends

i was so scared

you don't know the fear i felt on the bus there

i kept trying to distract myself and push that feeling out of my mind 

but as soon as i stepped off the bus it just came back

i just couldn't look at that wooden case...

it brought back all those memories

all those painful memories imprinted in my brain

i tried not to think about it

i tried to distract myself as much as i could

but them that music started playing

i was trying my best to not think about it

i tried so hard to hold it in

but then i heard that sniff from a passer-by

and the tears came

and all the memories came rushing back...

but i faced my fear today

i had to someday
