so today was the first badminton lesson of the year
we got moved up (most probably just for today)
and we were worked so HARD
the coach is someone that you can't slack off with
i must say that i have probably never ever sweated so much in my life
the back of my shirt was drenched in sweat
not to mention the front of my shirt
even my tummy was sweating
my neck even DRIPPED
AND when i ran, i felt so weighed down @___@i know i'm going to be aching tmrw
i don't even know if i'm going to be able to get out of bed let alone walk
the coach had just come back from europe and she gave us all a present :D
oh! and i made a necklace with some buttons/charms i bought a looong time ago
back when i had that button fetish
and i also made a neck chain thing for my beloved camera (:
nothing too special
but it gave me a chance to destress a little making them (:
