6:45AM YESTERDAY

for the first time in... a while

i woke up crazily early

to do what?

to go on a hunt 8)

who from his workplace, continuously kept an eye out on twitter for updates and clues

and then messaging them to me on my phone :D

without him,  we wouldn't have got anything xO!!

FIRST STOP

town hall steps

2 pairs of givenchy heels

unfortunately ran in the wrong direction and completely missed out x'(

SECOND STOP

martin place!!!!

me and yat were wandering around aimlessly

UNTIL! we stopped the car with the balloons :D

they were unloading 10 pairs of oroton flats :D!!

by then a biggish crowd was gathering

they started walking towards a flight of stairs

and everyone was going crazy

they told us to go to the bottom of the steps

but everyone kept surging up xD

the flat were all on the ground

ready!

... set!

and everyone went crazy

(haha yes i had time to quickly snap a photo xD)

the result?

LUNCH
took a break for lunch :D
went to eat at ichi-ban
second time round...
it's actually not really thaat great 
but it was still nice (:
but the huge masses of people usually waiting outside say otherwise  

FOURTH STOP

ARGHH if only we'd gone to chinatown to drop the shoes off at my bro's friends shop

we would've been able to get the shoes x(

they were RIGHT outside x'(!!!

by then yat had to leave for her maths test

so i was on my own for a few hours

FIFTH STOP

whilst waiting for yat to come back

i went to circular quay cause that's what the twitter clues courtesy of my bro had hinted

i was there all happy cause i thought i had a head start

when they tweeted that the shoes were at the freakin national art gallery of nsw T__T

that was all the way back at MARTIN PLACE

farout T___T

i actually legged it all the way back to martin place and through the park behind state library

and to the art gallery

ONLY TO FIND

all the shoes were gone!

and two girls sitting there basking in the sun admiring their shoes x'(

i was so devo and tired by then 

and sweating like crazy T___T

 WAITING

 i slowly made my way back to chinatown

went to morning glory and bought that hat i wanted :D

they were having some anniversary sale so i got the hat for really cheap :D

finally dropped off the heavy shoes/havainas at my bro's friends shop

my bag was sooooo much more lighter :D!

went to paddy's markets and had a walk around

saw some reaally pretty shoes at the entrance

tried them on and they were surprisingly comfy :D

the ASIAN shop owners were huge bitches

regardless... i bought them 8)

there's a first time for everything right?

well this was the first time i've bought "heeled" shoes xD

BUT they're only like.. 2-3-cm xD

AHAHA like.. 1 inch heels ROFL

  i went to the maccas outside paddy's to chill for a while

whilst waiting for any firther updates

turned out the shoes went all the way to SURRY HILLS

AND fox studios which was waaay too far x'(

eventually my bro texted and said that they'd be coming back to the city

and that they'd be near a market

so of course probably paddys market !

so i got ready and waited...

the shoes ended up at st mary's cathedral

i tried making use of my time and ended up having a powernap

and taking ONE page of notes 

aha.... it's progress!!

that maccas was probably the dirtiest maccas ever!

pigeons pecking away all over the place

it was quite gross.....

but there wasn't anywhere else i could sit without having to get something

and i wasn't hungry..

so there i stayed T__T

eventually yat returned
and viv came to meet us :D
my bro had texted the tweet that there'd be 1-2 more shoe drops before they stopped
unfortunately it was all over before we could get anywhere near the shoes x'(
last place was OPERA house with like 10-15 pairs of pumas
ARGHHHH why not earlier!?!?
i was RIGHT at the stupid opera house x'(
anywayy we ended up having a shop around
there was a giordano sale at the bottom of market city
they were selling one off samples from hk :D
i ended up getting a shirt 8)

so the rest of the night was quite.. shoeless x'(
 we were setting off home
and we were ABOUT to reach town hall station
when this HUGE BRIGHT PINK SHOP caught our eye!
we literally all went "WHOAAA!" at the same time xD
of course we went in
HOLY MOLLLY!
it's a girls heaven in there 8)
the walls were freakin AWESOME
jewellery EVERYWHERE
its quite similar to that old iloveyou shop where chatime is now
it's next to the new gloria jeans which is where the old hybrid(??) store was

SUMMARY
i'm so happy that i got something! :D
but a little bit disappointed over the unlucky afternoon
it actually wasn't that hard :D!
you just had to be in the right place at the right time xO
and be able to run fast haha xD
yesterday was the first day EVER that i've used my phone so much!
the battery was almost completely exhausted
LUCKY it lasted me till i got home 
on the highest power save level xO

yat and me are featured online! :D
i wonder if we'll be in the magazine :D
i looked like the BIGGEST tourist with my camera around my neck 
backpack and all xD
can u spot me in the mad rush? xD
